We’re anchored in Brockton and cover the three towns that border it directly — Stoughton to the northwest, Easton to the west, and Abington to the east. Keeping the territory tight is deliberate. It means the contractors we work with know these specific towns’ building departments, their housing stock, and the electrical realities that vary more than you’d expect across a few miles.
That variation is real. Brockton is a dense city where 28% of housing units sit in two- to four-family buildings, and the sizing conversation is about zones and meters. Stoughton is overwhelmingly postwar and later — only about 16% of its housing predates 1939 — so the question there is retrofitting cooling into ranches, Capes and splits that were built with baseboard heat and never had ducts. Easton has a genuinely 19th-century village core in North Easton. Abington runs from a 1735 farmhouse through Workers Cottages to mid-century subdivisions.

All four towns are served by investor-owned utilities, which means Mass Save applies normally everywhere we work — up to $8,500 per home standard, more for income-qualified households. Some Massachusetts towns run their own municipal light plants and fall outside those rebates entirely. None of ours do. If you’re just outside these four towns — Whitman, Avon, Holbrook, West Bridgewater, East Bridgewater — call anyway.
